Event drinking water works. I cannot loss weight anyway, what is my difference from the others?

Is the eating a tool for happiness?

This new source of the unhappiness acquired, may create in the person regret, lack of self-esteem and self-confidence or even more serious problems such as depression. 

Is it possible to loss weight by drinking hot water with lemon in the mornings? 

No it isn't. Diuretic effects of the skimming teas lead to excess fluid discharge. The same thing is true for sauna and sweat shirt also. They provide the fluid discharge by sweating. In this situation, the lost is water, not fat, and you return to your previous state when you drink water. 

What should I do to loss regional weight? 

It is impossible to loss regional weight. Metabolically, the most recent gained fat is the first lost fat in the weight loss process. The most common mistake is to consider that the fat at belly and hips will be lost by exercising the muscles at the abdomen and legs. Although it is possible to make tighter your abdomen and legs by these exercises, you cannot obtain a change at the fat mass here. 

What will change if the weight loss is from the fat or not? Is not the important thing the figure we have seen on the scale? 

The figure seen on the scale is just a general indicator. Consider that someone is walking on the beach with swimsuit. If you have to make a comment, on which do you talk about: how much is he/she numerically weighing or about his/her youthful or sagging body? Weights you lost in the short term by losing the muscle and water instead of the fat may make you happy on the scale, but never in front of a mirror ! 

I want to eat all I want and to loss weight at the same time. Is it possible with using drugs? 

No it is not. First, diet + exercise is performed in the weight loss therapy, then drug using is applied by the specialists if this is failed. However, diet + exercise must go on in this period also. Improving of the nutritional behaviors is essential for the success of the weight loss treatment and none of the drugs can provide this.

I am already moving extremely during the day (housework, rush, etc.), so am I also really need to do exercises? 

Yes you need. The movements you have done during the day in the frame of your routin tasks cannot be considered as exercises. Furthermore, the exercises have been done unconsciously may create a risk for your health. The important thing for the exercises to be helpful is to be performed with the correct pulse and in an appropriate time rather than be performed for a long time or with a high intensity. 

Is the diet done by my friend suitable for me?

My child is overweight but I think this will transfer to increase in length, Is it true? 

Genetic factors have important effects on the obesity. That is your or your spouse's obesity affects your child's obesity also. The number of fat cells in the body increases until the end of adolescence and then the mass of these cells increases in the next periods. The weights you lost in adulthood reduce the size of your cells not their number. In this situation, the proper nutritional habits that you will gain to your him/her in the childhood period can provide a further increase of the fat cells' number and this decrease the risk for your child to continually deal with weight in the next life period. Remember that education in the society starts by educating of the children. 

Is obesity a real disease or just a condition disturbing us visually? 

Obesity is a disease.
