The most common vascular disease, varicose vein is a vein disease. It is seen in approximately 15% of the adult population.
As the word meaning; it is to expanded and become curved and visible to the subcutaneous veins.
Applications like gymnastics strengthening the leg muscle, raising of the feet, using varsity sock, change of diet and lifestyle (weight loss, avoiding from working, sitting or standing for a long time) protection from the excess hot, cold shower (twice a day, starting from the heel upwards) can slow down the progress of varicose veins and may also provide relieve to the patient.
Despite all these measurements, advanced treatments can be recommended with both functional and cosmetic reasons.
